BUYER: The person who approves this agreement electronically and purchases the service (hereinafter referred to as the BUYER)
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the service whose characteristics and sale price are specified below and which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.
The service subject to this agreement is the rental of virtual numbers and the delivery of SMS verification codes. The service is performed instantly in electronic form.
Services that are performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are, by their nature, exempt from any right of withdrawal. For this reason, the BUYER has no right of withdrawal once the SMS verification has been successfully completed. However, if the SMS is not received, the transaction is cancelled and the fee is refunded to the on-site balance.
5.1. The BUYER declares that he/she has read and become informed of the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sale price, method of payment and delivery of the service subject to the agreement on the website, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2. The SELLER is responsible for providing the service subject to the agreement in a sound, complete manner and in compliance with the characteristics specified in the order.
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be resolved amicably and in good faith between the parties. For any issue, the BUYER may contact our support team, who will review the matter and respond as soon as possible.
