Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

(hereinafter referred to as the SELLER)

BUYER: The person who approves this agreement electronically and purchases the service (hereinafter referred to as the BUYER)

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, with respect to the sale and delivery of the service whose characteristics and sale price are specified below and which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The service subject to this agreement is the rental of virtual numbers and the delivery of SMS verification codes. The service is performed instantly in electronic form.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, "services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. For this reason, the BUYER has no right of withdrawal once the SMS verification has been successfully completed. However, if the SMS is not received, the transaction is cancelled and the fee is refunded.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. The BUYER declares that he/she has read and become informed of the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sale price, method of payment and delivery of the service subject to the agreement on the website, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

5.2. The SELLER is responsible for providing the service subject to the agreement in a sound, complete manner and in compliance with the characteristics specified in the order.

6. COMPETENT COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER, shall have jurisdiction.
