Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Description of Service and Delivery
OtpJet provides users with virtual number rental and SMS verification code services. The purchased service (SMS verification) is a digital service and is delivered instantly to the user's dashboard.
2. Refund Conditions
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Your payment will be refunded to your balance in the following cases:
- No SMS is received at the purchased number within the specified period (typically 20 minutes).
- The service cannot be provided at all due to a system error.
If no SMS is received and the transaction is cancelled by the system or by the user, the transaction amount is refunded to the user's balance in full, without any deduction.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund is issued in the following cases:
- After an SMS has been received at the number and the verification code has been delivered to the user.
- Transactions completed successfully that result from user error (e.g., selecting the wrong service).
- Once the service has been successfully completed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the nature of the service (services performed instantly).
4. Balance Usage & Cash Refunds
Balance loaded into your account can only be used to purchase services on the site. Loaded balance is non-refundable and cannot be paid back to a bank account or card:
- Loaded balance is not refundable as cash or to a bank/card; it can only be used on the site.
- Balance may only be spent on virtual number and SMS verification services within the site.
- For transactions where no SMS arrives or which are cancelled, the amount is automatically returned to your on-site balance and can be reused for new services.
5. Cancellation Procedure
Transactions that have not yet been completed (awaiting SMS) may be cancelled by the user at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation, the amount is credited back to the balance.
